In this talk I will share experiences on building successful products that use Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning in the Customer Experience (CX) domain. I will focus on the key product considerations, such as building customers’ trust in AI, as well as the engineering challenges, including data collection, model training and deployment at scale.
