All seminars in all 15 conference theatres at Big Data LDN are free to attend on a first come first basis.

Big Data LDN takes place at Olympia London, London UK on Wednesday 23 and Thursday 24 September 2026. The event is open from 09:00-18:00 and 09:00-17:30 respectively.

Yes, Big Data LDN offers an official show app featuring an interactive floorplan, exhibitor directory and session directory, along with other useful information. The event app will be updated and published nearer the event dates.

Media badges are restricted to publishers, editors, journalists, photographers, broadcasters, and bloggers associated with the industry.

Exhibitor registration will open in Spring 2026 and will be available in the Exhibitor Portal.

Badges are available for download two weeks before the event, sent to the email address you used to register. Please print your badge before coming to Olympia London to avoid long queues as we only have limited printing facilities onsite.
