What is Big Data LDN?
Big Data LDN is the UK's leading data, analytics & AI event. The event is a two-day combined conference and exhibition focusing on how to build dynamic, data-driven enterprises. Where and when is Big Data LDN?
Big Data LDN takes place at Olympia London, London UK on Wednesday 24th and Thursday 25th September 2025. The event is open from 09:00-18:00 and 09:00-17:30 respectively.
Is there an event mobile app?
Yes, Big Data LDN offers an official show app featuring an interactive floorplan, exhibitor directory and session directory, along with other useful information. The event app will be updated and published nearer the event dates.

Where is my stand?
Please refer to your contract for the stand number/ID. If you have any further questions regarding your location or what is included with your stand we suggest you reach out to your sales contact.
I need someone to design/build my stand, can you help?
If you would like innovative, all-inclusive and cost-effective packages that are tailored to your budget and requirements, please email our Smartspace team. They work closely with exhibitors to manage every aspect of the stand build and are renowned for delivering outstanding results and exceptional service.
Where can I order items for my stand e.g electricity, furniture, catering etc.?
All of the official suppliers and the order forms are available in the Exhibitor Manual (accessible via the Exhibitor Portal) once registration is open.

How can I register to visit Big Data LDN?

I am a member of the media; how do I register to attend and does the event have a PR company?
Media registration is now open.
Media badges are restricted to publishers, editors, journalists, photographers, broadcasters, and bloggers associated with the industry.

Student/Visa policy
Big Data LDN is a business to business event and is therefore not suitable for undergraduate students. Post-graduate students are encouraged to attend the event on the afternoon of day 2. Visa Letters can be requested in the registration form upon completion.
How much does it cost to attend the event?
Big Data LDN is free to attend up until Friday 19th September, after which registration will cost £39 plus VAT. All registrants can access the conference seminars and exhibition halls.
Registering exhibitor badges
Exhibitor registration will open in Spring 2025 and will be available in the Exhibitor Portal.
When and how do I receive my badge?
Badges are available for download two weeks before the event, sent to the email address you used to register. Please print your badge before coming to Olympia London to avoid long queues as we only have limited printing facilities onsite.
If you need to update your badge details please contact our Customer Services team who will be happy to help.
Note: we no longer have the capability to mail badges to your home or work address.
I am now unable to attend the event, how do I cancel my registration?
If you are registered as a visitor, please get in touch with our Customer Services team , who will be able to help. If you’re an exhibitor please get in touch with your sales representative.
Onsite Info...
I am onsite and need to speak to someone about my stand, where do I go?
Our Operations team will be onsite to support you via our Organisers Office, along with all official contractors whose details are listed in the exhibitor manual. In addition to this we will have members of our Sales and Marketing teams on hand to offer any additional support you may need.
Where is the organisers office?
The Big Data LDN Organiser’s office is located in the East Entrance, please follow signage at the event.
Where should exhibitors access the halls?
Exhibitor access can be found via gate B6.
What are the build-up and breakdown times?

How do I find my way around the event?
At the venue, you will be guided around the event by ‘You Are Here’ boards, directional signage and remember to download the Official Big Data LDN App which will provide you with a map of the floor plan to help you with navigation.
Will there be cloakroom services for me to use?
The is a cloakroom available for bags and jackets provided by the venue for a small fee.

There is a cash machine at the Central, South, and East Entrances.

Do you have a safety and security policy?
Security Policy – Big Data LDN (“Event”)
1. Introduction
Reed Exhibitions Limited (“RX”, “our”) is the Organiser of the Event.
The safety, and security of everyone attending the Event is our utmost priority. To achieve this, RX works closely with the venue, our security vendors, local law enforcement authorities, and public health officials/advisors to undertake risk assessments and develop safety and security protocols for each event.
The policies and procedures below apply to everyone attending the Event, in whatever capacity, including (but not limited to): exhibitors, visitors, speakers, guests, media, staff members, workers, contractors, sub-contractors, security, and anyone else who attends the Event (“You”, “your”).
2. On-site security measures
During the Event, a variety of security measures are implemented to protect you and maintain a safe environment. In particular:
Security staff may approach you outside the Event, on entry to the Entry or inside the Event in order to assist and comply with our safety and security protocols;
You are required to wear the event ID badges provided to you at all times whilst entering and attending the Event;
Security safeguarding measures and operational plans are in place at our events, which may include but are not limited to:
o badge/ ticket verification (e.g. at the Event entrance)
o possible bag checks
o monitored security surveillance/ CCTV
o uniformed and covert security guards
o crowd management, stewards, signage, barriers and loudspeaker announcement as RX determines is necessary
o Walkthrough or handheld scanners
o Uniformed and covert police
You are required to:
Ensure you allow enough time to comply with our entry requirements and remain patient and courteous while undertaking any security checks.
Keep personal property with you at all times and do not leave any items unattended. RX is not responsible for any lost or missing property.
Refrain from attending with any baggage which is not strictly necessary for your attendance at the Event.
Report anything that looks unusual, suspicious, or out of place to a member of security or Event personnel.
Carry a recognized form of photo ID (e.g. driver license, identity card) with you at all times during the Event.
Comply with all Event policies, signage and instructions of Event personnel, e.g. with respect to crowd management etc.
Refrain from attending the Event if you are not feeling well.
Respect the personal boundaries of everyone else attending the Event.
Dispose of your badge inside the Event area on your final visit to the Event or on your return home and not in the waste bins located immediately outside the Event to prevent misusage by others.
